The Bookkeeper position is responsible for providing support to our clients and their day-to-day activities, such as posting of cash transactions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
The Jr & Sr Accountant position is responsible for timely and accurately completing all month-end closing activities, including balance sheet workpapers, budget vs actual preparation and analysis, financial statement preparation, and operational reporting.
The Controller position is responsible for the oversight of the client day-to-day activities as well as all month-end closing activities, including cash flow reporting and projections. The Controller is also responsible for finding efficiencies for our clients, whether through process improvements, systems and/or automation as well as identifying risk areas for our clients, such as internal controls, insurance, and processes and determining ways to help mitigate those risks.
